Located in a grand old house built in 1728, The Grateful
Heart maintains a warm, homey atmosphere. Sit by our
fireplace and look through a book on Meditation or Eastern
Philosophy.
You'll also find many books on Christianity, Spirituality,
Metaphysics, Psychology, Shamanism, Alternative Healing,
Women's Issues, and Gourmet Vegetarian Cookbooks.

Our jewelry has meaning and purpose as do our gemstones and
crystals. Angels, Goddesses, Buddhas, Tibetan bowls and bells
rest comfortably with our Native American sacred herbs, fetishes,
pouches, and dreamcatchers. Candles, incense, cards and beautiful
music on CD or cassette can be found here also, as well as guided
meditations.
We have a biofeedback camera that takes polaroid photographs
of you and your aura (Kirlian
Photography) - the colors in the energy field around your
body. It's fun to see what colors are emanating from you at
different times in your life. The camera is always here and
you can have your picture taken anytime during store hours.
Wickford is a picturesque Historic Seaside Village with more
homes on the National Historic Register than any other town
in the country. All of our homes are lived in happily, including
this one. So come and see us - bring food for the ducks, have
lunch in one of our delightful restaurants and leave all your
cares behind.
